Pro's listed net price is €12 or US$13 per person per month, or €72 / US$78 per person per year. Tax is added. Review the exact price in Plan and usage and Stripe before buying; discounts and configured prices can change. Sales are for businesses in the EU, Switzerland and the US. A VAT ID is optional. US billing addresses use USD; other supported countries use EUR. The workspace currency is fixed at its first purchase.
Buy Pro and manage invoices
- Check the active-person count and any people who will be reactivated by upgrading.
- Enter your company, Billing email and full billing address. Confirm that you are buying for your business.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing and Buy Pro. Review taxes, any promotion code and the final price in Stripe. You can optionally add a VAT ID there.
- Return to Plan and usage and wait for the payment status to update. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm a completed purchase.
Update your billing address in Calberry. Use Open customer portal for payment methods, VAT ID, cancellation and billing interval changes. Invoices lists your invoices; Stripe sends billing and payment emails. SEPA payments may remain processing before their final result is known.
How paid seats work
A seat is an active person, including admins and people without a connected calendar. Your current period has a paid allowance:
- Active: people currently using seats.
- Paid: seats bought for this billing period.
- Free paid seats: paid seats available to assign again.
An open invitation is free and reserves nothing. On acceptance, a free paid seat is used first. Only an increase above the period allowance creates an immediate prorated purchase for the remaining period.
Removing someone ends access immediately. There is no credit or card refund. The paid seat remains reusable until the period ends. At renewal, the quantity drops to the active-person count, with a minimum of one.
Change interval, cancel or return to Free
A monthly-to-yearly change starts immediately, with Stripe's interval-change adjustment. That adjustment is separate from removing a seat. A yearly-to-monthly change starts at the end of the paid period.
Cancellation takes effect at period end. Pro remains until then; cancellation does not provide an automatic prorated refund. A failed payment has a seven-day grace period before Free rules apply.
On Free, additional people lose access and Pro features pause; data is not deleted. Existing appointments and their email reminders continue. Owners/admins can choose up to three published individual links to keep bookable. At the monthly booking limit, further real bookings stop, while interested visitors' details can remain recorded. Check the saved contacts before following up: capture is not consent.
API keys and webhook endpoints pause rather than being deleted. After an upgrade, workspace webhooks resume without backfilling events from the paused period.
