Calendars and availability

Choose your calendars, set weekly hours and find out why a booking page has no available times.

Available times come from your weekly schedule, calendar conflicts and the rules on the booking link. All of them must allow the appointment.

Choose your calendars

Open the workspace menu → Apps and integrations → Google Calendar. Choose Connect Google or Reconnect Google and grant the requested permissions.

  • Calendar for new appointments receives the meeting invitation and must be writable.
  • Calendars for conflict checks supply busy times that prevent bookings. You can include read-only calendars. The calendar for new appointments is always included.

Save the selection. An event marked as free does not block a time in the same way as a busy event. If Calberry cannot reliably read a selected calendar, it stops offering times until the connection works again.

Google Meet links are created with the calendar event. Calendar creation happens after the booking is accepted, so allow a moment for synchronization. A failed sync needs attention; booking acceptance alone does not prove that an invitation has arrived.

Set your weekly hours

Open Availability and select a profile. Set available days and one or more time ranges per day. You can copy hours to other days, rename profiles and create different schedules for different offers.

In the booking link editor, open Availability and select the profile for that link. Editing a profile affects the links that use it. Check your host time zone under Workspace Settings → General; visitors see appointment times in their selected time zone.

Under Limits and buffers in the link editor:

SettingWhat it changes
DurationHow long the appointment lasts.
Buffers before and afterExtra space around appointments that must remain free.
Minimum noticeHow soon someone may book.
Booking windowHow far into the future bookings are allowed.
Daily booking limitThe maximum number of appointments allowed that day.
Slot intervalThe spacing between offered start times.

Save changes and review the published page in the visitor's time zone. Daylight saving time is handled using the configured time zones; avoid comparing times from different zones as if they were the same local clock time.

Why are no times available?

Check these in order:

  1. Published page: Open the current link with Open link. A draft or an unpublished link is not a live booking page.
  2. Connection: In Apps and integrations, reconnect Google if asked. Confirm that the appointment calendar still exists and is writable.
  3. Weekly schedule: Is the correct profile selected for this link? Does it include the day and enough time for the full appointment?
  4. Calendar conflicts: Check every selected conflict calendar, including all-day busy events. Buffers can also make a seemingly free gap too short.
  5. Notice and horizon: A time may be too soon or outside the booking window.
  6. Daily limit: The day may have reached the link's booking limit.
  7. Time zone: Compare the visitor's selected zone with the host's schedule zone.
  8. Plan allowance: Check Workspace Settings → Plan and usage for a booking limit or a paused link.

If the page reports a calendar error, wait briefly and try again after checking the connection. Calberry does not offer potentially conflicting times when calendar availability cannot be verified. If it continues, contact support with the link and time of the problem; do not send passwords or API keys.
