Integration recipes

Choose a workspace webhook recipe for Make, Zapier or a CRM.

Calberry connects to automation tools and CRMs through workspace webhooks. There is no native Calberry app required for the recipes below.

  • Make: receive an event, filter it and create/update a contact and meeting activity.
  • Zapier: use Webhooks by Zapier, then map verified events into your destination.
  • Your CRM: use durable event handling and stable lead/booking identifiers, including when connecting Close.

Start with the events you actually need. For an appointment-only workflow, begin with booking.created, then add reschedules and cancellations. For incomplete inquiries, understand both the event conditions and the stored follow-up consent before automating any contact.

Common production pattern

Use Calberry → verifying receiver → durable queue/event store → Make, Zapier or CRM when the destination cannot implement the raw-body signature protocol. Verification and deduplication belong before business effects.

An HTTP success at Make or Zapier is not proof that the CRM action completed. Monitor the automation's own runs and retry failed destination actions independently.

For calendar setup, see Calendars and availability. Website analytics through GTM, GA4 or Meta uses browser events, not these server-side webhooks. WhatsApp is coming soon.
