Work with your team

Invite people, manage roles and understand when an invitation uses a paid seat.

A workspace is your shared area for booking links, contacts and meetings. Team members join it using an invitation. Adding another person requires Pro; Free includes the owner only.

Choose a role

RoleAccess
OwnerOwns the workspace and manages its settings, people and billing.
AdminManages booking links, teams, invitations and billing in addition to their own calendar.
MemberManages their own calendar and availability; cannot manage workspace billing.

Invite people as Member or Admin. Give administrative access only to people who need it. A seat counts every active person in the workspace, whether or not they connect a calendar.

Send an invitation

  1. Open Invite members, or go to the workspace menu → Workspace Settings → Team.
  2. Enter the email addresses. Separate multiple addresses with commas or line breaks.
  3. Choose the role. An optional team assignment can be included; it becomes effective after joining and calendar setup.
  4. Read the seat and price information, then choose Send invitations.

Sending an invitation does not reserve or charge a seat. When it is accepted, Calberry first uses a free paid seat in the current period. If there is none, an additional seat is purchased for the rest of that period. See Plans and billing.

The confirmation means the invitations are queued for sending. Check the invitation list for delivery and acceptance separately.

Join a workspace

Open the invitation from your email and sign in with the exact email address it was sent to. If the wrong account is open, use Sign in with another account. Accept the invitation, enter the requested profile details and connect your own Google Calendar if you will take meetings.

Being invited does not share the inviter's calendar connection. Each host sets up their own calendar and availability.

Track and update access

Under Team, inspect pending, accepted, revoked and expired invitations. Use Resend for a missed email or Revoke if someone should no longer join. An invitation can be accepted even if its old record remains in the history; check the current member list for today's access.

Owners and admins can change a member's role or remove them. Removing a person ends their access immediately. Existing meetings remain. The paid seat stays available for someone else until the current billing period ends; removing a person does not create a credit or refund.
