Design your booking links
Choose how visitors book, ask the right questions and match the page to your business.
Open Links, choose New for a new link, or open an existing link to edit it. Save changes before publishing or testing. Give each link a clear purpose, such as a first consultation.
Set up the booking
In General settings, set the title, description, duration, meeting location and booking address. Pick the booking page language for this link; it is independent of your dashboard language. In Availability, select the weekly schedule the link should use.
Under Limits and buffers, adjust notice, booking horizon, daily limit, slot spacing and time before and after meetings. See Calendars and availability for how these combine.
Choose the booking experience
| Booking mode | What visitors see |
|---|---|
| Calendar first | They choose a time, then answer your booking questions. This is the default for new links. |
| Form and calendar | Form and calendar appear together, side by side on desktop and stacked on mobile. Visitors can use either first. |
| Prefill / API | Your own form supplies the details; the calendar receives the prefilled information. Technical setup is required. |
Changing a mode does not remove the required contact information. A booking needs a selected slot and all required answers.
Edit your questions
In Form fields, use Booking questions to add, edit and reorder questions. Available types include text, long text, number, scale, yes/no, single choice and multiple choice. You can hide additional questions without deleting them. Hidden questions are not shown or validated for new bookings.
Name and email are always required. Phone is required by default, but you can make it optional. Keep the follow-up consent directly below the phone field; it must stay optional and unchecked. Do not ask for diagnoses or health information.
Forms currently use one page. Conditional questions, multiple form steps and disqualification rules are not available.
Save details from unfinished forms
In Lead Capture, you can enable capture for Form and calendar. Once a visitor fills a contact field, their details and subsequent answers can be saved before they book. Follow-up requires their separate voluntary consent.
Calendar first and Prefill / API do not capture abandoned forms. A saved contact is not automatically permission to message someone. See Data and privacy.
Match your design and messages
Use Appearance for visual settings and Booking copy for headings, button text, the message after booking and privacy wording. Preview the result in the link's language. Email reminders and their assignment live under Communication; WhatsApp is coming soon.
In Reschedule and cancel, allow each guest action separately and set its own cutoff in hours. A value of 0 means no time cutoff. New rules also apply to previously issued action links. Hosts can still change bookings independently of guest cutoffs.
Publish, duplicate or remove
Choose More actions → Publish, then Copy link. A privacy policy URL is required. Unpublish stops new public bookings.
Duplicate link copies settings and questions into a new unpublished draft. It does not copy contacts or bookings. Delete link removes the booking page and frees its booking address; existing contacts and bookings, including their change and cancellation processes, remain.
