Meetings and contacts

Find bookings, manage changes and understand the contact list.

Find a meeting

Open Meetings. Use the tabs for upcoming, past and test bookings. For real bookings, search or filter by status, then open an entry for its details.

A booking and its calendar synchronization have separate states. A newly accepted booking can still be waiting for its Google Calendar event. Check any sync warning before assuming an invitation has been delivered. When a calendar connection is missing, the interface may ask you to reassign the booking to another host.

Change or cancel an appointment

Open the booking details or the guest's action page to see the available actions. Rescheduling checks the new time and updates the calendar appointment. Cancellation releases the reserved time and updates the calendar.

Guests use their personal reschedule and cancellation links. In the booking link editor, Reschedule and cancel controls each action and its cutoff separately. 0 means no time cutoff. These settings apply to links already sent. Hosts can change bookings independently of guest cutoffs.

Treat action links as private: anyone holding one may be able to change the booking. Do not include them in public posts.

Bookings that require confirmation

If Confirmation required is enabled under Communication, the time is reserved while the booking awaits confirmation. The calendar appointment is initially tentative. If the guest does not confirm within the allowed window, the booking expires and the time is released.

The default window is up to 24 hours after creation, ending no later than two hours before the meeting; configured limits may differ. Check the booking status rather than treating a pending booking as confirmed.

Understand Contacts

Contacts groups activity by person instead of showing every lead or booking as a separate row. Leads with the same normalized email address in the workspace appear together; phone is the fallback when there is no email address.

Search by the available contact details and filter by lead status. The list shows the latest visible lead state, contact information and last/next meeting. Captured and abandoned inquiries can appear without a booking. A form opened without contact details does not create a visible contact.

A captured or abandoned contact has not necessarily agreed to follow-up. Check the stored consent before contacting someone who did not book.

Remove a contact from the list

Select a contact and use Delete. The confirmation explains that the contact disappears from Contacts, while the underlying leads and bookings remain. This action is not a privacy erasure request.

For access or erasure requests, follow Data and privacy. For notification delivery, see Reminders and sequences.
